Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior at PT. Mandom Indonesia, knowing the effect of organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior at PT. Mandom Indonesia, and find out the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior at PT. Mandom Indonesia. The method used is descriptive with an associative approach. Sampling used saturated sampling, whereas to get data done by distributing questionnaires to 67 respondents who then analyzed the influence partially and simultaneously using regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing with ttest and Ftest. The results showed that: The effect of job satisfaction towards organizational citizenship behavior is positive and significant. Hypothesis testing is obtained tcount> ttable or (4.979> 1,997) and probability 0,000 <0.1 H1 is accepted meaning there is a positive and significant effect between job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior. The effect of organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior is positive and significant. Hypothesis testing was obtained (8,084> 1,997) and a probability of 0,000 <0.1 H2 was accepted meaning that there was a positive and significant influence between organizational commitment to organizational citizenship behavior. Simultaneous test results of job satisfaction and organizational commitment are positive and significant towards organizational citizenship behavior. Hypothesis testing is obtained (69,882> 3,99) and probability 0,000 <0,1 so that H3 is accepted meaning that there is a positive and significant effect between job satisfaction and organizational commitment to organizational citizenship behavior. Based on the results of this study concluded that job satisfaction partially influences organizational citizenship behavior at PT. Mandom Indonesia, organizational commitment influences organizational citizenship behavior at PT. Mandom Indonesia and simultaneously job satisfaction and organizational commitment affect organizational citizenship behavior at PT. Mandom Indonesia

Abstrak

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior Pada PT. Mandom Indonesia, mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior Pada PT. Mandom Indonesia, dan mengetahui pengaruh kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior Pada PT. Mandom Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Sampling yang digunakan sampling jenuh, sedangkan untuk mendapatkan data dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada 67 responden yang kemudian dianalisis pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi, koefisien determinasi serta pengujian hipotesis dengan uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior bersifat positif dan signifikan. Pengujian hipotesis diperoleh thitung > ttabel atau (4,979> 1.997) dan probability 0,000 < 0,1 H1 diterima artinya terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kepuasan kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior bersifat positif dan signifikan. Pengujian hipotesis diperoleh (8,084 > 1.997) dan probability 0,000 < 0,1 H2 diterima artinya terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara komitmen organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Hasil uji simultan kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi bersifat positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Pengujian hipotesis diperoleh (69,882> 3,99) dan probability 0,000 < 0,1 sehingga H3 diterima artinya terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara parsial kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior Pada PT. Mandom Indonesia. Komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior Pada PT. Mandom Indonesia dan secara simultan kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behavior Pada PT. Mandom Indonesia.
